- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Read the fine print. The physical therapy department bills the insurance as a 'hospital charge' instead of a 'therapist visit'. 'Therapy visits' usually require a copay. Most insurance plans put 'hospital charges' towards your deductible causing HIGH out of pocket expense!
