- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had a horrible experience with the billing department. They forced me to sign a non-covered service agreement after my policy clearly stated that the procedure was covered. I have spoken to several insurance agents that say it was to be 100% covered and now receiving a bill for $389 from the dental office. The insurance company clearly stated the office send a claim, which never reached the insurance company. Before my appointment I overheard the billing office complaining of another client and dealing with their insurance company too. Besides this issue, my sister also had a root canal surgery which went totally wrong and eventually the dentist who did her procedure was terminated.
